Please know that as part of our mission to treat each and every guest with the utmost respect and consideration, late arrivals might receive an abbreviated treatment while billed for their originally scheduled treatment price. We invite all guests to arrive early, change into a comfy robe, enjoy some herbal tea, take a sauna and just relax before your scheduled appointment time. We kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 36 hours notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment. Guests who do not show for their appointment without prior notice may be charged 100% of the Full-Retail price.
